Dana Stempil Herzberg, M.ED., President and Educational Consultant
One of Arizona ’s leading educators dedicated to meeting the needs of students of all abilities, Dana is a recognized expert in educating and coaching students with AD/HD and learning disabilities. Dana earned a master’s degree (Summa Cum Laude) in Curriculum and Instruction, with a focus on brain-based learning, twice exceptionalities and multisensory curriculum from ASU, where she also graduated Summa Cum Laude with a BA in Special Education.

Dana purchased On-Track in 1999 with the vision of helping students achieve academic success. Able to overcome her own learning challenges as a child and to recognize her potential through strategic learning approaches and the help of excellent tutors, it is her aspiration that the On-Track tutors provide the same support to students and families struggling at any level.

Dana provides educational recommendations on neuropsychological/psychoeducational evaluations for several Arizona clinicians, educational consulting and advocacy, and is a CHADD (Children and Adults with AD/HD) group facilitator in the name of Dr. Clare Jones. Dana’s professional affiliations include the Council for Exceptional Children; the International Dyslexia Association; the International Reading Association, the National Tutoring Association, and the Education Industry Association.

Erica Schwartz, B.A., L.C.S.W.
With a B.A. in Psychology and a master's degree in Social Work, Erica’s focus has always been on youth and families. Having worked with children with a variety of challenges, Erica strives to foster positive self-esteem and self-image through the use of cognitive behavioral techniques, small group work, and solution-focused therapy. Passionate about working with individuals with AD/HD and Executive Function Deficits, she currently facilitates a local support group for CHADD, leads our Executive Function (AD/HD) Training Program, and supports our On-Track Academy students in their development of executive function and social skills.

Jessica Wilhelmsen, B.A.
Jessica, a recent ASU grad with a BA in Psychology, grew up with a fascination of people, their differences and how people relate to one another. Interested in School Psychology, Jessica spent several years volunteering and working in the nonprofit world, focusing on the social and emotional development of youth. Already a dedicated professional, Jessica's initiative and positivity are a welcome addition to the On-Track team.

Rosa Cays, B.A.
Rosa brings contagious enthusiasm and a wealth of knowledge to the On-Track Team. With expertise in the areas of marketing, customer relations, nonprofit management, and writing and editing, Rosa helps with many aspects of the business to keep us "on-track!" A proud Southwest native, Rosa earned her bachelor's degree from Arizona State University.

Shari Schwartz, B.F.A.
In 2006, Shari joined our team to help give On-Track a competitive edge. A graduate of the University of Arizona's visual communications program, Shari has extensive experience not only in design, but also in small business management and devlopment, public relations, and marketing. Shari's creative talents can be seen in our website and printed materials. Additionally, she is responsible for web management and online programs, marketing, tutor and client resources, and business development.
