Standardized Test Preparation

Our son has taken Princeton AND Sylvan courses and said that he has already learned so much more from On-Track's SAT strategies. He said there are new things he has never seen. Look at that!

On-Track Offers Test Prep for:

  • AIMS: basic-skill building, test-taking strategies
  • HSPT: Catholic high school entrance exams
  • PSAT, SAT & ACT: small group and one-on-one programs available
  • AP exams, GED, and more

Our comprehensive test preparation sessions are fast-paced, fun and designed to capture your child’s attention. Taught by highly qualified test preparation professionals, one-on-one and small group instruction ensures individualized attention.

Students take practice exams that closely simulate real testing conditions. This enables us to establish a baseline for student performance, as well as identify strengths and weaknesses to emphasize critical areas for individual improvement.

HSPT (High School Placement Test) Preparation

100% of students who have completed our HSPT course have been accepted to the school of their choice!

  • Our courses are intentionally kept small (3-6 students) for individual attention
  • We emphasize both skill and strategy instruction as standardized tests require more than just skill level demonstration
  • Full-length p ractice exams are included. Why are practice tests important?
    • They give us an idea of the skill level of each student, enabling us to tailor the course content to meet current student needs
    • Practice tests help the students practice pacing
    • Students gather confidence by understanding what to expect with the actual test
    • The initial practice exam gives us a baseline for student performance, and the final test helps us see student progress and remaining areas students need to improve upon
